There are many tourist flights from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon and most fly from Las Vegas North rather than the International airport. This view is taken as our Scenic Airways Twin Otter flight banks steeply over the airport. This shows the large numbers of light aircraft hangars. The control tower and compass checking area can be seen. At 11 0'clock from the control tower, the lighter grey ramp is in front of the Scenic Airways ramp behind which is the Vision Air one.
