This An-2 was first registered in June 1976 and has flown its whole life as SP-NSK, in and around Szczecin. It now flies for the local aeroclub and is pictured glowing in the Dabie hangar wearing this beautiful scheme with 'Szczecin' titles on nose along with the city's coat-of-arms. These are only on the port side.

This Colt was first reported with the NVA-LSK/LV in May 1957. After its military service it was re-registered as DDR-SKI for Interflug-Agrarflug in June, 1990. However, this was short lived as it transfered to FSB (Flugservice Berlin) and became D-FONI in October, 1990. It then went to Wolgast and was used as advertising billboard for a car dealership, although in 2013 it was repainted into this original NVA-scheme.

This An-2 was originally delivered to the East German AF as '804' in March 1975. After re-unification it was earmarked to go to the German AF as '5413' but this didn't happen and the frame passed on to the civilian register. It is pictured at EDAH getting ready for a day of sightseeing flights over Usedom.

The identity of this An-2 is most probably/almost certainly ex-Polish AF '8553' but this is not confirmed and it is now preserved unmarked. The area is a huge kiddies maze in a cornfield in which they have to make their way to all the objects and collect clues. Obviously I ignored the bus and flying saucer and concentrated on the planes. The Tu-134 is ex-SP-LHG and the An-2 on its nose is ex-RA-3105K.

This An-2 was delivered to the Polish AF as '7447' around January 1967. The plane was used by some military personnel and their families to fly (defect) from Kraków to Vienna on 1st April 1982 and so acquired the rather tongue-in-cheek name 'Wiedenczyk' (Viennese). It was painted in this green scheme with yellow undersides for an air show at KRK in 2008 and now belongs to the Muzeum Lotnictwa Polskiego.

This Colt was originally delivered to the East German military organization GST - Gesellschaft für Sport und Technik (Sport and Technology Association) in March 1969 as DM-WJD (then as DDR-WJD from March 1982). It was beased at Halle-Oppin and Dessau for a large part of its operating life and so, after being declared damaged beyond repair after a storm, was delivered to the Hugo Junkers Museum in Dessau for storage. In time, the museum intends to restore the plane to static display condition and join its collection of outdoor aircraft.
