March 25th 1988 PH-TCX Transavia (returned). May 16th 1988 PH-TVX KLM (lsf HV) . April 25th 1994 Transavia (returned). November 2nd 1994 KLM (lsf HV again). June 1st 1995 EI-CKS Ryanair. October 9th 2003 wfu and stored at Prestwick. Broken up there by March 2005.

Ex Ryanair EI-CON and will become PK-KKQ of AdamAir in a couple of months.

This 737 had multiple previous operators prior to joining Ryanair in 1998.

Returned to the lessor as N223AG then to Safair as ZS-SGX in 2008. Leased to Air Botswana in 2009 then to Africa Charter Airline in 2010. Damaged beyond repair when it ran off a taxiway and down a slope at Hoedspruit AFB in 2011.

It went on winter leases to America West Airlines 07 Nov 1985 to 19 Mar 1986 and 23 Oct 1987 to 14 Mar 1988. To Malev as HA-LEC on 18 Nov 1988. Next to Vanguard Airlines in the USA as N120NJ on 20 Mar 1999. To South America as HC-CFH with Aerogal on 22 Nov 2005. Next to Avior Airlines as YV-491T on 05 Jun 2011 and reregistered to YV3151 Sep 2015. Stored at BLA in Mar2020.

In the foreground is PA-23 Aztec G-BBLP preparing for an executive flight. G-BHVH delivered new to Orion Airways on 23Feb81. Later to C-GVRE, A4O-BM, VT-EWF, EI-CON, PK-RIW, EI-CON, N396AD, PK-KKQ, N223SG and last ZS-SGX with African Charter Airlines. W/O at Hoedspruit SA on 10 Jan 2011 after running off the taxiway.

Delivered new to Orion Airways as G-BHVI on 30 March 1981. It's last operator was Metro Batavia flying as PK-YTF. The airline ceased ops on 31 January 2013. This aircraft was last noted at CGK on 03 July 2013 being used as a ground trainer.

This 737 was delivered to Orion in February 1990 and is pictured about to button up and push back. The plane went on to fly with Transavia and KLM (as PH-TVX) and Lauda Air (OE-ILE) before joining Ryanair in June 1995. It was wfu and stored at Prestwick (PIK) in October 2003 and scrapped in March 2005. Apologies for the damage to the negative. All those years ago I was young and inexperienced and didn't realise how valuable these old shots would be to me in the future.
