Built 1964 as CCCP-75553, to Interflug as DM-STF in March 1967 and re-registered as DDR-STF in August 1981. Re-registered as D-AOAO with Interflug in October 1990, TigerAir in June 1991 and Berline in November 1991. Restored to Russian register as RA-75553 to Viola Avia Trans in December 1995. To LZ-AZO by October 1996, EL-ADY by May 1997 and T9-ABB by May 1998 all with European Airlines. To Phoenix Airlines by February 1999 and re-registered as with them as EX-405 by December 2001. To Anikay Airlines by March 2005 and stored at Manas, Kyrgyzstan (FRU) by 2014, believed still present in 2021.

Built in 1966, ex Interflug DDR-STK, DM-STK and D-AOAR. To SP-FNB with Pilnippon in December 1990, to SP-FNW with Polonia Airways in March 1996 and leased to Daallo for a period in 1996. Sold to Air Cess as 3D-SBW in November 1997 and re-registered 3C-KKK in November 1998. With IRBIS by September 2002 as UN-75004 and to Mega Airlines circa 2006 and registered UP-I1804 by September 2008. Stored at Almaty May 2014 - July 2016. Reported at Wadi Seidna, Sudan as S2-AGM in October 2017.

Delivered to the East German Air Force in October 1962 as 493. To Interflug in September 1964 as DM-STD. Reregistered DDR-STD in July 1981. Cancelled in November 1988. Trucked to Teuge in April 2009 for usage as a luxury hotel.

Operated by GosNII GA Research Institute. Has electronic equipment for research of the earth's surface including 723-SLA radar on port side. Reverted to a normal Il-18D circa 1995 and leased to IRS Aero in 1997, then to Aerocaribbean as CU-T1546 in 2004. Preserved for a couple of years after being withdrawn from service at Havana but scrapped there in 2012.

Located in a walled compound adjacent to the old Xian airport which had closed three months earlier, in September 1991. Delivered to CAAC as 208 (2) in 1964, re-registered 218 in 1966 and B-218 in April 1974. Withdrawn from service in June 1990

Delivered to Aeroflot as CCCP-75459 in September 1967, leased to Air Mali in April 1974 and returned to Aeroflot in 1985. Delivered to Cubana in May 1987, leased for one month in June 1992 to East West Chile and transferred to Aircaribbean by November 1992. Crashed into mountainous terrain on approach to Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic 15th November 1992.

Ramaer 1997, damaged beyond repair Johannesburg 17 December 1997 overrunning runway in aborted overweight take off.

Reregistered DDR-STP 1981, converted to calibration aircraft in grey colours, nicknamed "The Grey Mouse" displacing the last Il-14 DDR-SAL. Reregistered D-AOAQ 1990, Berline 1991. Kryla UR-75475 (2) 1993, in service with Air Ukraine same year until 1998. Kryla 1999, Alada D2-FAM 2002. Last noted Luanda 2003.

This Il-18 was originally delivered to Deutsche Lufthansa in March 1962 as DM-STG but transferred over to Interflug in August 1963. The plane became DDR-STG in August 1981 and flew on until retirement in November 1988. It was initially used as a rescue trainer at ERF but is now preserved there in full Interflug colours.

1961 - 1977 flew for Czech Government as OK-BYP before reregistered and started services under Československé Aerolinie until Jan 1990. Later on 1990 moved to static display at the Auto und Technik Museum Sinsheim.
