Long distance shot (750m, 2450ft) of this Harrier in the 3(F) Sqn shelter area. It has been preserved here since October 2006 but was taken to Waddington and back by road in 2007, for the Air Show there.

20 Sq operated the Harrier GR1 for just a couple of years, while stationed at RAF Wildenrath. this picture may have been taken there, but this need confirmation. Photographer unknown

Used for ground instruction as A2606. Sold in 2015 to Jet Art, Selby, and moved there on 9 September 2015. Later sold and moved to Ballarat, Australia.

Destroyed during Air Combat Training on 23rd February 1983 when XV795 collided with Harrier T.4 XW926. Both aircraft crashed at Eye, Cambridgeshire. The pilot of XV795 survived but both crew of the T.4 perished.

Delivered to the RAF as XV759 in 1969. Withdrawn from use at Wittering in 1989 and scrapped. Nose section converted to a simulator.

Delivered to the RAF as XV756 in 1969. Crashed on Holbeach Range due to ricochet damage while firing in 1979.

Delivered to the RAF as Harrier GR.1 XV753 in 1969. Converted to a GR3 in 1973. To 1SoTT Halton as ground trainer 9075M in 1990 then to the Royal Navy at Culdrose for use as ground trainer A2691 in 1994. To Predannack fire school by 2008 then to Newquay for preservation in 2013. Sadly the Cornwall Aviation Heritage Centre at Newquay, has been forced to close by Cornwall Council in 2023 and the future of its aircraft are in doubt.

Harrier 2-seat demonstrator with Show Code "293". Preserved at Brooklands.

First flown as GR1 on 28 Dec'67, and delivered to the RAF on 16 Apr'68, this Harrier was later modified to GR1A and GR3 (as pictured). It was withdrawn from use in mid'93 and later stored with Phoenix Aviation, Bruntingthorpe (UK). It became N4320W on 3 May'98 with the National Aviation and Transporation Museum of Florida, Hobe Sound (FL). Later it was moved to Arlington Municipal Airport, Arlington (WA) and the Flying Heritage Collection of Paul Allen, Paine Field, Everett (WA). Again moved, to the Flying Heritage and Combat Armor Museum at Paine. N4320W was canx in 2017. Current status unknown.

First flown as GR1 on 15 September 1971 and delivered to the RAF one month later. It was converted to GR1A and later to GR3 (as pictured). The Harrier was withdrawn from use in June 1993. It is preserved at Conningby since late 2006.
