Delivered to the RCAF as 22130 in 1953. Sold as N15501 in 1971. To Hawkins and Powers Aviation in 1976 and converted to a fire bomber with jet pack and fleet number 138. Stored at Greybull by 1990. Restored to flying condition and flown to Namibia for the Flight of the Phoenix film in 2003. Returned to Greybull in 2004. To the Lauridsen Aviation Museum at Glendale Municipal Airport, AZ by 2007. Moved to Buckeye Municipal Airport, AZ by 2009.

This is not the genuine C-119 N3003. It was painted as such by Hawkins and Powers Aviation at Greybull by 1989. Transported to the Atterbury-Bakalar Air Museum, Columbus, IN, in 2019 for restoration and preservatiion. It is thought to be c/n 10872 ex RCAF 22120 and N961S.

This was the genuine C-119 N3003. Built for the RCAF as 22106 in 1952. Sold as N3003 in 1970. To Hawkins and Powers Aviation in 1976 and used for parts at Greybull. Registration N3003 had been removed before I took this photo. Another C-119 was painted as N3003. This C-119 was removed from Greybull by 2006. Probably scrapped.

K25 slide scan. Built 1953 as C-119F 22116 for RCAF, later converted to C-119G, struck of charge 1967. Hawkins and Powers 1976, stored Greybull. Made airworthy from 1991 and flown to Lawson AAF for display at National Infantry Museum, Fort Benning, GA in 1993.

Flown to Battle Mountain Aircraft Museum, NV around 1992, displayed there with a jet pod numbered "137". Registration cancelled 2012. Museum became defunct later, aircraft remained in store. Acquired 2019 by Rolling Boxcar Alaska, the Cockpit and fuselage will be mounted onto a bus chassis and used as a mobile museum, coffee bar and classroom. Dismantled for that purpose in 2020.
