On 1 November 2014 it made an emergency landing at Santa Cruz-Viru Viru Airport, Bolivia after the No.3 propeller separated and hit the No.4 engine. Registration cancelled on 20 March 2019. The Naval Air Command titles date back to its Royal Navy time.
