Delivered to Air Canada March 26, 1969, this DC-9 was sold to City Bank and leased back in 1987. Registered RP-C1536 to to Cebu Pacific Air in October 1998, it was retired by the airline in 2006. The aircraft was broken up at Manila in 2007.

First flight at Long Beach July 7th 1976 and delivered to SAS July 29th 1976 as OY-KGR "Holger Viking". Repainted to these new SAS colours in 1983/84, and OY-KGR became the only DC-9 to be repainted again in April 1999. Arriving Fornebu in the November failing light, SE-DAW was delivered new to SAS in September 1974 serving with the airline until January 2001. Later to N329FV and scrapped at Roswell, NM during around 2006-2007.

March 30th 1988 OY-CTD rr, "Stavar Viking". December 14th 1990 N601AP Hawaiian Airlines, fleet no 98 "Hana". August 19th 2201 wfu and stored at Mojave from September 4th 2001. Broken up there 2004. First flight November 4th 1974, and delivered new to SAS November 22nd 1974 as OY-KGP "Torbern Viking" and as one of the last DC-9-41s delivered that year to replace Caravelles and DC-9-21 on domestic flights with config Y122. 1984 repainted to the new SAS colours as seen on this photo 14 years later.. July 22nd wfu and stored at at ENGM. August 21st 2002 N41XS rr and stored at Roswell, broken up there in 2003. Seen after purshback from gate 28, LN-TUB is seen at gate 27, LN-RMN at gate 25, LN-BUG at gate 23 and LN-BRQ at gate 21. Busy morning ca 9am as ususal the day before FBU was closed.

First flight November 11th 1968 and delivered new to KLM as PH-DNT december 16th 1968. Used by KLM in 20 years until October 1988 when it flew on as N848ML for Midway Airlines until November 14th 1991 when wfu and stored at Maxton Laurinburg Airport, and later broken up there. Seen taxing out for a rwy 234 departure back to Amsterdam. This was my final shot of a KLM DC-9.

Just coming back from lease for Aeropostal. Sold and delivered 2001 to Aeropostal where registered as YV-14C. 2006 got registration YV136T. WFU 26-Sep-2011 after coming from Caracas-Simón Bolívar (CCS/SVMI) to Puerto Ordaz (PZO/SVPR). Touched down very hard, causing both engine mounts to break from the fuselage.
