Gate Guard at the Navy side of U-Tapao is this well preserved HU-16D

The George T Baker Aviation School is located just outside the Eastern fence of the airport. The cockpit section is preserved falsely marked as 1267./cn G-412. That airframe was exported to the Phillippines.

Preserved in the March AFB Museum, on the main apron. The museum has since relocated off-base on the west side of the airfield, and March is now known as "March Field".

Ex USAF 52-0134, Stored at Mojave for several years before being registered as N4470W in 1983. Passed through various owners before being withdrawn from use at Lakeport California by 2013. Cancelled from the US register in May 2013

Ex Royal Canadian Air Force CSR-110 9306, withdrawn by 1970. Registered N9387 and sold via Grumman Aerospace to Mexico in 1974. Seen displayed next to the parade ground, the aircraft was relocated in 2012 and is now displayed next to the base HQ.

Last operational unit was 129th Air Commando Squadron based at Hayward California as part of the California ANG, to MASDC in November 1963 with code HP003 and to the museum at Pima circa 1971. Displayed following restoration in the markings of the 31st Air Rescue Squadron, Clark AB, Philippines

Originally delivered to the USAF as 49-074 in 1950. Transferred to the Brazilian Air Force in 1958 as 6530. Withdrawn in 1980 and sold in 1984, Registered as PP-ZAS in 1991. Became N97HU in 1994, and ferried to Canada for restoration in March 1996. First post-restoration flight in early 1997. Sold in Mexico in 2004 as XB-JHH. On 10 August of that year forced down by the Mexican authorities on a suspected drug-running flight. Beached and abandoned on the Mexican coast at Playa de la Ventanilla, near Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca. Subsequent to the removal of its engines, the airframe was left derelict and over the years sank slowly into the sand.

Retired to MASDC in 1969 then declared surplus in 1971 and sold for scrap in 1974.

Ex USAF 49-0099 and 567 with the Fuerza Aerea de Chile. Registered in the US with Resorts International/Chalks International in October 1990. Sold to Grumman Aerospace in 1984 and stored at St Augustine FL. until sold to Island Flying Boats at Opa Locka in 1989. Later operated by Air Crane, still based at Opa Locka and a private Tulsa based owner since 1992. Still on the US register and present at Okmulgee Regional, OK at time of upload.

At one time was "preserved" at Lampedusa. Current status not known.

This Albatross served with the US Air Force (51-017), US Navy (149836) and US Coast Guard (1017) before it was allocated a civil registration for the first time in 1995 (N7026C) when stored in a yard outside the Davis-Monthan AFB base. It was parked at KPOU Hudson Valley Regional Airport in Poughkeepsie, NY when photographed.
