Painted for Transoceanic Airways 1989 but not taken up. Transafrik S9-NAN November 1989, International Airline Support Group as N821F 1992 for part out and scrap at Sherman Grayson, TX.

Re-registered from N8207U to honour the airline's founder, Joseph Ciavardone. Ordered by Pan American-Grace Airways (PANAGRA) as N8275H, but leased to Pan American from May 1960 to May 1964 when returned to PANAGRA. After PANAGRA merged with Braniff in February 1967 it was sold to United Airlines as N8207U and served until sold in September 1976. After cargo conversion it was acquired by Conner Airlines who leased it to Concord Intl. in August 1977. It was returned to Conner in January 1981 and scrapped at MIA in December 1983. Photographer: Tony de Bruyn. K25 slide scan. Built 1960 as DC-8-42 CF-TJH for Trans Canada, renamed Air Canada 1964. Returned to Douglas as N10DC 1977 and converted to DC-8-54F by exchanging the Conway engines for Pratt and Whitneys and delivered to Zantop as N4561B, Kalitta N803CK 1987. In 1992 Kalitta struck a deal with Air Zaire trading the overhauled airframe to them as 9Q-CLV receiving in turn DC-8-63CF 9Q-CLG which was in need of overhaul. Transferred to Lignes Aeriennes Congolaises 1997. While parked at Goma 2002 a lava stream cut the runway short with the aircraft unable to leave.

Landing on runway 08. Arista were a short lived US airline. To SAS as OY-KTE on 29 Feb 1968. Lsd to Scanair 24 Oct 1979. Lsd to Arista 23 Jan 1983. Lsd to Northeast International Aw 10 Dec 1983. Bought by Thai Airways International 06 Oct 1984. To the Thai Air Force as 60112 on 02 Sep 1985. To N799AL 24 May 1989 and lsd to Arrow Air from 25 Sep 1989. Lsd to Hawaiian Al from 22 Dec 1989. Further leases to Air Marshall Islands, Arrow Air, Zantop and to ATI 31 Jul 1998. Operated the last ever DC-8 passenger flight on 26 May 2012. Ferried to Barbar's Point Aviation Museum - Oahu on 17 May 2013.

Became 9G-MKT with MK Airlines.

Sterling Philippines operated 3 DC-8s and 1 Caravelle between 1975 and 1980 (photographer not known)
