Delivered to the US Army in 1960 as 59-2220 and remained in military service until 1974. Its white colour scheme with orange trim reflects earlier service with Air Wemindji, one of a number of its civil operators. In 2000 became N362TT based in Alaska. Fuselage trucked to Vernon, BC for Texas Turbine conversion over the winter of 2005/06 and returned to Alaska by road for reassembly.

Sold to Katmai Air Leasing in April 2008 and converted to a 'Texas Turbine' Otter with a Series 12 Garret TPE331 before being leased back to Alaska Airways until December 2019, when it joined the Katmai Air fleet.

Delivered to Eastern Provincial Airways July 5, 1960, this Otter operated Newfoundland Government Department of Health's air ambulance service replacing an EPA DHC-2 Beaver. It was replaced by a Turbo Beaver in 1967 and moved to flying passengers and freight. In 1970, EPA sold their bush division to Labrador Airways, but CF-MIT was acquired by Austin Airways. The aircraft was entoute to Timmins, ON on September 4, 1976 when weather deteriorated. It hit power lines flying up the Abitibi River near the Abitibi Canyon Dam. All on board died in the post impact fire and the aircraft burned.
