Leased to AVIATECA as TG-AYA 21 Apr 1978. Sold to Cayman Airways as VR-CAL 29 May 1978. Bought by BIA Feb 1984 and registered back to G-AXLN. Reregistered to G-EKPT 30 Apr 1990 with Ryanair Europe and noted leased to London European Airways Aug 1990. Transfered to the Irish register with Ryanair as EI-CCX on 17 Dec 1990. Sold to Oriental Airlines of Nigeria 02 Dec 1994 as 5N-EYI. WFU and stored at Lagos Feb 2000. Broken up by 2005.

The Aer Lingus run to East Midlands was normally done by an Aer Lingus Commuter SD330 or SD360. Delivered new to Aer Lingus as EI-ANH on 09Sep1965. WFU and stored at Shannon Mar1991. Leased to Hold Air of Nigeria as 5N-HTB on 29Aug1992. Had an accident Feb2002 and presumed WFU. Seen stored at Kaduna Jan2004.

Still in the colour scheme of its former operator Quebecair. This was at the height of the miners strike and there were a number of charters into EMA bringing police officers from various parts of the UK to police the picket lines of the coal mines in the Midlands. Delivered 28Ap1967 to British Eagle International Airlines as G-ATPH. Repossessed Nov1968. To Quebecair as CF-QBN 15Apr1969. Bought by Airways International Cymru Mar1984 and registered G-YMRU. Repossessed 19Jan1988. To Dan Air as G-BPNX 29Apr1988. To Okada Air of Nigeria on 29May1991 as 5N-MZE. WFU and stored at Benin City Dec1997. Noted May2010.

G-AWWZ was delivered new to Caledonian Airways on 28 Apr 1969. Merged as Caledonia/BUA 30 Nov 1970. Noted as BCAL Sep 1971. To Monarch Airlines 14 Nov 1975. To British Island Airways 21 Oct 1985. To Dan-Air as G-BSYN 13 Apr 1990. To Ryanair 26 Nov 1990 and registered EI-CCW on 15 Jan 1991. To British World Airlines on 3 Oct 1994. To Nationwide Air Charter as ZS-NMS on 28 Nov 1994. Noted stored at Lanseria engineless on 16 Jun 2001. Broken up around Jun 2005.

Delivered new to British Airways as G-BGKE on 22 February 1980. Sold to Ferranti Aerospace on 14 May 1991. Registered to the MOD as ZH763 on 1 March 1994. Last flight was on 26 April 2013 to Newquay and this was the last 1-11 flight in the UK and Europe. She is currently preserved as of 2023 at the Cornwall Aviation heritage Centre.

The most colorful of Northrop Grumman's 3 One Elevens is seen returning over snow covered ground from a test flight., This aircraft was delivered new to American Airlines as N5027. when retired by American it went through numerous owners and registrations before it came to NG. it was the first to be retired by them in 2012. It's seen fitted with a different nose than my previous photo.

with twin Speys snarling and an ECM pod attached, a Northrop Grumman One-Eleven starts it's take off roll on runway 33L at BWI.

Delivered to Mohawk Airlines June 19, 1965, N1112J joined Allegheny Airlines in 1972 when the two airlines merged. Pictured in Allegheny's new colors, the airline would be re-branded USAir in 1979. Withdrawn in 1989, the aircraft was among eleven USAir BAC-111s bought by Kabo air in 1991. It was allocated the registration 5N-KBE, but the aircraft was one of two to be used for parts for the rest of the fleet. I'm not sure if the Nigerian registration was ever worn.

This 1-11 was originally delivered to BEA in October 1968 and went on to fly with British Airways from April 1974 until January 1992. The plane was then pencilled in to go to Okada Air but Instead started flying with European Aircharter from June 1993 and is paictured taxiing in after landing. It went on to fly with Chanchangi Airlines (as 5NBCG) and Trast Aero (EX-215) before being wfu and stored at Biskek (FRU) in March 2008 and later scrapped.
