Operated by the RAE - Royal Aircraft Establishment and based at West Freugh in Scotland. First flight was on 20 Oct 1966 and delivered to the RAF on 16 Nov 1966. To 9Q-CPW in Oct 1996 with Waltair and later to Air Kasai. Scrapped in Rand SA around 2005.

This was at the height of the miners strike and there were a number of charters into EMA bringing police officers from various parts of the UK to police the picket lines of the coal mines in the Midlands.
