2005 Canadian solo demo Hornet

Originally leased to Atlantic Coast Airlines in 2001 registered N671BR (renamed Independence Air in 2004), this CRJ came back to Canada leased to Jazz Aviation registered C-GJZL in 2005. The Avmax Group bought it in 2011 and is pictured leased to Regional 1. Leased to Paranair as ZP-CRS since 2017 and is current at the time of uploading.

Delivered new 25th May 2001 and retired at KGYR (Goodyear) 31st July 2019. Re-registered N187AC 15th Aug 2019 and scrapped in March 2020

Built in 1972 for Pacific Western Airlines and several operators later it is here with the fledgling Westjet. It was stored then scrapped around 2005. At this time Westjet, who started flying in February 1996, still only had six aircraft in the fleet and carried out all their maintenance in hangar space rented from Esso Avitat.

Delivered new to Mesa in 1992 and bought back by Beechcraft in February 1999. In October 1999 it was registered ZS-OLW for National Airways Helicopter Corp and withdrawn from use between 2006 and 2023.

Delivered new in 1994 to South African Express and here registered to Bombardier Capital awaiting its next assignment which was a lease as ZK-NER in March 2000. After that it bounced around, including time as 5Y-MOC with the United Nations. In 2018 it became US Army serial 16-00374 and designated as an RO-6A. Brazil based PENTA had two other DHC-8, but not this one, so the titles must be the result of a frustrated lease/sale.

Delivered new in 1992 to Mesa Airlines for ops with USAir Express. In January 2000 it was exported to Europe and in 2023 operates for Rossair as ZS-PIR.

Delivered new to Horizon Air in 1986 and here in storage prior to becoming N808WP with Island Air in 2000. Withdrawn from use at Honolulu in 2010 and scrapped.

Delivered new in 1994 to Horizon Air and here in storage after coming off lease. After several changes it ended up as N645HM with the USAF 645th Aeronautical Engineering Group, Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio. Also, now (2022) with Air Force Special Operations Command as C-146A Wolfhound serial 11-3013 painted all white with tail# 13013.

Delivered new to Nagasaki Airways in 1987. Here it provides air service to the Little Red Cree Nation at Fort Vermillion/AB. Re-registered as C-GZKG in 2003 then exported as PJ-AIW right after. Withdrawn from use in 2009.

Delivered new to KLM as PH-DNH in 1967 then sold to Midway Airlines in 1987 and here with Spirit Airlines on a charter flight layover. Leased to a Mexico operator in 2000 and withdrawn from use in 2008.

CP Air's first DC-10 was delivered March 27, 1979 but left soon after registered PP-VMO for a one year lease to Varig Airlines (April 1979 - April 1980). Pictured with interim Canadian titles (which replaced interim Canadian Pacific titles) before a full re-painting. When Air Canada bought Canadian in 2000, the DC-10s were among the first aircraft disposed of. C-GCPC was converted to a freighter and stored at Goodyear, AZ 2000 - 2003 before leased to Centurion Air Cargo 2005 - 07 as N304SP. Last with Master Top Airlines (PR-MTC) from April 2007 until stored at Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in 2011.

The Canadian government eliminated the fixed market share of transcontinental flights for Air Canada in 1979. CP Air was able to expand their fleet and took delivery of fourteen new 737s during 1980 - 83. C-GCPZ was delivered on April 13, 1982 and carried on through mergers to Canadian Airlines, Air Canada and Zip Air. It was sold in December 2004 after Zip Air ceased flying in September. Sold to Nigerian based Chanchangi Airlines (5N-BEV) , it was withdrawn and stored in 2009.

The Aerospace Engineering Test Establishment retired the last T-33 from the Canadian Air Force in 2005 (133648). This one was stored until sold as a warbird in the USA in 2008. Initially registered N133MQ, it's N133EM at the time of uploading.
