Jump ship at the Queensland International Airshow.

This practically brand-new Airvan was leased back by Gippsland Aeronautics for use as a demonstrator at the Narromine Airshow. Since then, the 100th production aircraft has rolled off the line and orders remain strong for this Aussie success story.

This aircraft provides a good example of 'dealer's marks'. The registration VH-FNG is allocated to manufacturer Gippsland Aeronautics as a dealer's mark to be used on any of their aircraft for the purposes of test, delivery or demonstration flights. The rego is used as the aircraft's radio callsign, but it is not permitted to be displayed on the aircraft - hence in this case the aircraft is only identified by its cn. It is seen here getting airborne for a demonstration at the Houdini-Centenary Air Show.

This Airvan is used for general charter work plus, on the weekends, as a parachute jump-ship.

This manufacturer's demonstrator was just a few months old when it flew in for display at the Kyneton Easter Airshow.
