This is perhaps HC-BLF's last photo. This aircraft crashed at Cerro El Cumbal in Colombia while attempting to land in Tulcán (SETU/TUA) on January 28, 2002. Unfortunately, all occupants lost their life in this accident.

HC-BSC named "Galápagos" waiting for its next flight. You can see on the open door that Tame still operated the ex-Lufthansa 727s with the brown interior. HC-BSC was retired from service in early 2005.

This plane is known as "Avión Pirata" or "Pirate Plane" amongst the locals. It is said that on July 29, 1961 this plane was forced to land by the Bolivian Air Force as it was suspected to transport contraband (hence its name). In 1979 it was moved to its current location to be preserved as a library near downtown Santa Cruz (El Tao neighborhood). Since then it has worn various liveries including AeroSur and Pepsi colors. It originally flew as YV-C-AME for LAV - Línea Aeropostal Venezolana.

On April 7th, 2005 HC-CDA had an accident while landing at Coca's Francisco de Orellana airport (SECO/OCC). The plane was written off and was sold to people who put it over a floating platform and made it a floating bar / disco. It is named "Rumba Náutica".

In late 2008 / early 2009 a fissure was discovered in Tame Línea Aérea del Ecuador 727 HC-BHM's nose gear structure after landing in Guayaquil. It was declared "unsafe to fly" by the authorities. As Tame was unable to repair that problem in Guayaquil and was unable to fly the plane to Latacunga to get it fixed, it was withdrawn from use. Most of its parts were removed to be used for Tame's other 727s. Plane was abandoned at the Simón Bolivar Air Force Base. In late 2015 it was purchased and was moved to an amusement named "Rey Park" park outside Pajonal, Guayas province.

HC-CFD was undergoing a C-Check in Latacunga when Icaro was declared bankrupt and ceased operations. All of Icaro's assets were seized by the government including this plane. It lies at Latacunga's "plane graveyard" waiting to be auctioned.
