Delivered to Bata Shoe Co in April 1937. Shipped to Czechoslovakia and registered OK-CTB. Served the Royal Canadian AF September 1940 to May 1946 as 7656. To N241M by September 1963. Acquired by Jim Almand in 1974, and painted in WW2 RCAF markings as 7656 by 1980. Sold to the Czech Republic in 2009, painted as OK-CTB and delivered as such in May 2015 following restoration.

It was eventually subjected to an expensive rebuild from which it emerged in its original pre-war colours and registration (VH-UZO).
