It started flying with the Operational Conversion Unit (OCU) and was transferred to CAV in Jan'68. It operated with that unit until Jun'84 when it entered a retirement unit called UFO (Uit Faserings Onderdeel, in English Phasing-Out Unit. It was withdrawn from service on 21 Nov'84. After storage and being used as an instructional airframe in the 90s, it returned to the RNLAF in '97 and was sold to a private person in Everett (WA) in Sep'10.
