This An-2 was first noted with the NVA in July 1957. The plane was retired in April 1990 and transferred to a museum in Dresden. It was transferred to this museum around June 1998 and appears to be undergoing restoration (new coat of paint and previous reports note there was no tailplane).

This An-2 was delivered to the Polish AF in November 1968 and went on to serve with the 23rd Air Training Squadron of the 58th Training Aviation Regiment in Dęblin as well as a training plane at the Higher Officers' Aviation School. It is now on display at the super Muzeum Sil Powietrznych and I'm sure it is in the queue for restoration.

This An-2 is thought to have flown with the Polish AF as '9870' but this is unconfirmed. It became OK-XIG in June 1978 flying for Svaznam and then from June 2002 with the An-2 Verteran's Club. It was parked up at LKHK with these small Aerovia titles and, note, the playing card 'Ace of Hearts' motif is on the starboard side only (making it the most interesting - obviously!).
