It stopped overnight on the 1938 apron and is seen wearing the original all-metallic scheme. HB-ILO served SR from 30 April 1947 until it was lost on an overshoot at Schiphol on 14 December 1951.

At the Visitors Hill at MUC, a modern CRJ is framed with two great classic airliners, and opposing WWII workhorses, the Ju 52 and DC-3. Originally 41-2005, a rare C-53B, this aircraft served with several airlines in Scandinavia after the war (lastly with Nor-Fly as LN-KLV), but never with Swissair. Its last real registration was N65371. The real HB-IRN still exists in Lucerne.
