It was then exchanged for A2-1022 which had been displayed at Nyngan as a memorial to the RAAF's flood relief work in the town. A2-1022 was notable as a veteran of the Vietnam War. After it was restored, it was mounted on a pole at the RSL Club at Caloundra. The RSL is an organisation for former service personnel
