Delivered to SAS as LN-RLW in 1969. To Evergreen International Airlines as N940F in 1988 then to USA Jet Airlines as N327US in 2000. To Aeronaves TSM as XA-VGM in 2023 and stored at Saltillo, Mexico.

Delivered new to SAS Scandinavian Airlines in October 2002. Stored, due COVID-crisis between August 2020 and September 2022, when returned to service. wfu in June 2023 and ferried into storage at Marana.

Delivered new to Cityjet (opf SAS) in February 2017. wfu and stored Copenhagen in March 2020. Ferried to Billund in August. Over to PSA Airlines in June 2022 (N616NN) and ferried to Tucson, for one month; then to Quretaro International (QRO) for just over one year and finally to Roswell, for one more month, before entering service; opf American Eagle in October 2023.

DC-8-63PF ("Provisional Freighter") Delivered new to Eastern Airlines as N8758 November 6th 1969. Bought by SAS as OY-KTG "Torodd Viking" March 19th 1973. 1982 and 1983 short leases to Icelandair. April 1984 repainted to the new SAS colours as seen on this photo. January 1988 transferred to Scanair.. December 1988 N790AL Challenge Air Cargo. January 1991 N816AX ABX Air opf Airborne Express, later opf DHL in DHL colours. Ca 2014 wfu after amazing 45 years of flying. Shot from B-pier window ass it is made ready as SK771 for Tel Aviv, one of the most wonderful flights I ever had.

Delivered new to SAS as the third MD-82 named "Assur Viking" December 20th 1985, with config Y156 mainly for domestic serivces. Seen arriving rwy 24 that saturday from Bergen. June 1991 leased to Spanair for 4 months, and same in 1992 The in November 1993 sub-leased to Nordic East for one year. Back in SAS October 31st 1994. December 13th 1999 rr LN-ROR, still "Assur Viking" and repainted to new SAS colours, and reconfig CY150. wfu April 2009. Converted to MD-83 for Allegiant Air as N429NV March 2010. Also visible is the roof of tje odl Freight terminal to give way for the new C-Pier in 1988.
