Converted to a T8 for the Royal Navy, entering service at Brawdy in February 1965, and moving to Yeovilton in June 1969. After a short period of storage at Shawbury from May 1995 it became RAF Valley's gate guard as 9249M on 26 November 1996. It was moved to the Anglesey Transport Museum for preservation in July 2018.
