G-BNYS was sold to Air Atlanta Icelandic as TF-ATO in 2001. The airframe was scrapped at Kemble in 2009.

Delivered to Ozark Air Lines as N4222 in 1967. To TAT as F-GCPX in 1981. Withdrawn from use at Dinard in 1992 and later scrapped.

Delivered to United Air Lines as N8969U in 1969. To Arrow Air in 1982 then to Hawaiian Airlines in 1986. To Air Vias as PP-AIY then returned to the lessor as N8969U in 1995. Converted to a freighter for Air Transport International in 1996 then to Arrow Air in 1999 who were renamed to Fine Air in 2001 and back to Arrow Air in 2002. Withdrawn from use at Roswell, NM in 2005. Still there in 2010. Later scrapped.

Delivered to Pan Am as N887PA in 1969. To Global International Airways in 1982 and reregistered as N160GL in 1984. To Boeing in 1985 and used for parts in the KC-135E program at Davis-Monthan AFB. Scrapped in 2001.

Delivered to Philips as PH-ILF in 1968. Sold as N41154 then N183GA in 1994. Crashed and caught fire at Toledo, OH after it hit trees on approach in 2003. Remains to Dodson International Parts, Rantoul, KS. Still there in 2013. Probably later scrapped.
