The second Bulldog prototype built by Beagle with the original c/n B.125-002. Following the demise of Beagle Aircraft, production of the Bulldog was taken over by Scottish Aviation. The registration was cancelled by the CAA on 21 April 2011 as permanently withdrawn from use. It has been preserved at the National Museum of Scotland in Edinburgh.

Built at Thruxton between 1973 and 1975, and first flown from Southampton Water on 28 June 1975. It was badly damaged in a take-off accident following engine failure at Thorpe Park on 23 September 1982, following which it was rebuilt at Bodmin in 1985/86. New owner Bill Hosie Snr was sadly killed when this aircraft broke up on 23 May 1987 over Carrick Roads, Falmouth.
