According to Rotorspot, this is a Spanish assembled CASA-MBB Bo 105CB-2 (later upgraded to a 105CB-4) that was operated in Spain before arriving in the US in about 1988. It was registered N5031U prior to N24FR and operated by Clutch Helicopters. It's seen departing with members of the Gravity Industries jet suit team that performed at AirVenture.
