Delivered to American Airlines as N5022 in 1966. To Bahamasair as VP-BDN in 1973. Re-registered as C6-BDN in 1975. To Garrett Corp as N5022 in 1976. To Personal Way Aviation in 1984 and re-registered as N800MC in 1985. To Okada Air as 5N-AYU in 1987. Withdrawn from use at Port Harcourt in the late 1990s.
Colonial Airlines were based in New York and acquired its first Skymasters in 1946 to serve their long overwater route to Bermuda. "Skycruiser Bermuda" was bought on 29 May 1947 and served Colonial until their merger into Eastern Air Lines on 1 June 1956. Sold to Independent as G-APCW on 11 August 1957. Obtained from Douglas 60 years ago.
