Built for USAAF as C-47B 44-76256. To Central Air Transport Corp as XT-722 in 1945. Later registered in the U.S. as N8329C, N4663V, and finally N99H. On 19 February 1971 during a takeoff from C.R.C. Crose airport near Houston, Texas a dragging brake resulted in a ground loop, causing substantial damage to the airframe. The a/c was written off, with the registration cancelled in September 1974.

Converted to Super C-46 for Canadian Pacific as CF-CZK 1955, Carolina Aircraft Corp N355K 1963, operating from Miami as Airstar from 1966, cancelled 1970. Rebuilt 1976 as N8875 and leased to Air Haiti, NEBA CP-1616 1980. Skidded off runway Trinidad 5 December 1988 and damaged beyond repair, noted derelict 2008. Originally built as C-46A 42-107368 msn 27055. A complete rebuild in 1976 used major components from msn 22501 taking on this identity in 1976.
