On display at Naval Air Museum Goa. This aircraft was one of 28 1049Es built, later converted to a 1049G that served Air India as VT-DHM "Rani of Ellora." The conversion allowed for 609gal wingtip tanks to be fitted. It went to the IAF as BG575 along with eight other Air India Connies. Later it was one of five transferred from No. 6 Sqn "Dragons" to the IN for maritime reconnaissance in 1976 to form IN312 "Albatross" as the Navy's then largest aircraft. When retired in 1983, they were the last Connies in the world in military service.

Photograph issued by the Beech Aircraft Corp with serial number BL6153D. It is dated April, 1946 with aircraft customer identified as Socony Vacuum Oil Co. This company was formed in 1931 when Socony (Standard Oil Company of NY) merged with Vacuum Oil Company. The flying horse logo dates back to 1934 and was retained through the name change to Mobil. This aircraft remained on the FAA register until cancelled in 1970 as N2636X. The other two aircraft are NC2633 (c/n A-167) registered as CF-KLI in 1958; cancelled in 1969 after landing gear collapse and NC2635 (c/n A-169) last known stripped for parts, Owassa/OK 1997. The aircraft was retired to the MASDC "Boneyard" at Davis Monthan AFB, Tucson, in 1960. In 1974 it was acquired by the Aero American Corp., registered N87666 and re-located to Ryan Field where it remained unconverted until broken up for parts c.1982; the registration was cancelled in May 1984.

This Beaver was sold and it is now in Sweden undergoing a complete rebuild.

First registered in Colombia as HK1856 in 1976 with Villavicencio based Lineas Aereas La Urraca. Bought by Aeronorte in 1980 and impounded by the authorities in 1986. Reactivated by Aeronorte in 1991 and later flew for a short while with Lineas Aereas Suramericanas titles before being sold to Transoceanica de Aviacion in December 1993. Written off in a landing accident at Puerto Inirida in January 1994.

In interim Northeast/British Airways colours. Northeast became part of the British Airways Group in 1973 and was fully integrated by 1976. To British Air Ferries 1984, to Lineas Aereas Canarias as EC-DXU in 1985. WFU Tenerife North 1989 and used as a ground trainer.

During the spring of 1982 ten DHC-5D Buffalo's have been delivered to the Egyptian Air Force. ( c/n: 110-119 ) Three of them routed via Rotterdam. C-GEMU / 112 and C-GFCA / 113 on 28 March 1982, and this one C-GFCI / 114 on 22 April 1982.

Correct registration is CR-LKR, sold to Varig by the Aero Club of Angola c1979 for display in the airlines planned museum at Porto Alegre. Painted to represent PP-VAN (c/n6449) which was delivered to Varig in July 1942 and flew the airlines first international service, from Porto Alegre to Montivideo in August 1942. By 2001 the aircraft was re-located for display at the Museu Aeroespacial at Campo Dos Afonsos.
