This aircraft was delivered to the Czechoslovak air force in 1965 as 0816. In 1982, it was converted to an ejection seat testbed and used as such by the VZLÚ until 1991, when it was placed in storage. After it was retired from service in 1997, it eventually ended up on outdoor display at the former steel works in the Dolnà Vitkovice district of Ostrava and was painted in a very garish red, blue and yellow scheme. After several years in Ostrava, the aircraft was moved to the Kbely museum in Prague in 2023. I took this picture not long after it arrived at Kbely.
