In truth, the frame is something of a composite; the tail boom is from 9605/433 (these serials are still visible and accounts for the fact that this frame is often listed incorrectly), the right side weapons pylon is from 9627/434 and the left side pylon from 9602/396.

This Ka-26 was originally delivered to the Ukrainian directorate of Aeroflot as CCCP-19396 in March 1973. It was exported to Hungary in July 1996 but was involved in a two accidents whilst flying for Avia Rent. The second occurred just after the frame had been repaired after the first accident and so it was wfu and stored in a scrapyard close to Tököl airport. It is now in the queue for restoration at this very interesting collection south of Budapest.
