The aircraft was initially serialled as BH-QQ, later as 4D-AM. Stationed at Banak (Finnmark) in 1942 with the main task of bombing the Allied convoys between Great Britain and Murmansk. After attacking the 2 Russian navy vessels 'Kiev' and ' Occident', it ran out of fuel during the flight back. The crew bailed near Hammerfest and the aircraft crashed on the Gardevarre mountain. The aircraft was recovered in 1988 and placed on display in about the same way it was found.

The aircraft was delivered to 336 Sqn in 1950 as B-B1. Transferred to 337 Sqn in July 1951 and given the code ZK-U. After being withdrawn from use it was transferred to Værnes Air Station for storage. Written off in 1957 and selected as a museum object (after 618 flying hours). The Vampire was the RNoAF's first jet fighter and between May 1948 and April 1951, a total of 20F MK.II and 36 FB Mk.52's were delivered. The Air Force tried to (unsuccesfully) sell the aircraft in 1955 and 1956, resulting in the aircraft being scrapped, except for 6 T Mk.55's that were sold back to the factory.

Built in 1994. It is a one-off homebuilt helicopter, built by Torstein Reinfjell. It was a trial project to see whether he could build a usable helicopter for reasonable costs, using his own theories and idea. The aircraft is made up of boat, car and aircraft parts. The build was a success and was flown several times. The project was concluded in 1999 and the aircraft was donated to the museum.

The first Catalina in Norwegian service was a PBY-5B with the 1477(N) Flight, later the 333 (Norwegian) Sqn. They were used for U-boat patrols and flights to the Norwegian coast, transporting personnel and equipment. After WW2, the Air Force kept operating the type for transport, rescue, herring searches and mine hunt operations. In the autumn of 1953 the 333 Skv received 6 new PBY-5A aircraft. These served until 1961, completing almost 20 years of Catalina service in the Air Force.

Constructed at the Kjeller aircraft factory in 1931. It belonged to the flying school at Kjeller and took part in battles in South Norway in 1940. It served as a reconnaissance aircraft, mainly operating in the mornings and evenings when the faster German aircraft were not so active. The aircraft was evacuated to Sweden on April 15, 1940, where it was taken over by the Swedish authorities. In 1942 the aircraft became SE-ALS. In 1949, the aircraft was presented to the Norwegian Air Force as a gift, flown home to Norway and restored to its original appearance.
