The original VH-AQJ was delivered to the RAAF in 1940 as A17-26, one of the first Australian-manufactured Tigers. Post-war, civilianised and registered VH-AQJ for the Tasmanian Aero Club, Launceston, on 3 April 1946. In the mid-'50s converted to Ag Tiger. Retired Oct 1965 & stored dismantled at Parafield. Most parts used in 1973 restoration, but unfortunately aircraft destroyed in a crash Dec '79. Other parts from original were used as the basis of this Luskintyre rebuild which first flew Oct '84.

This 1959 short-wing Piper was built as a Caribbean but has obviously been converted at some stage to Pacer standard. It was originally registered as N9826D until, briefly, being exported to the UK. It was registered G-BUBZ on 10 April 1992 but a little over a year later exported to Australia and de-registered on 18 June 1993. It must have undergone a restoration as it was not registered in Australia as VH-BRG(3) until 20 June 2002.

This 1980 Cutlass was allocated the US registration N5433V but never took it up as it was exported new to South Africa as ZS-KDB. It appears to have been allocated the German registration D-EGAZ but once again this was not taken up and went instead to the next Cutlass off the production line - an administrative error perhaps? In any event, in 1986 this one was exported to Australia and became VH-HYP on 12 May that year. Later re-registered as VH-JLD.
