Actually this is one of the very few aircraft at the museum that is not displayed in optimum condition. Hopefully, they will find the funding/resorces neccessary to be able to retore it fully.

I had a super time at the Hermeskeil museum. The sun was warm, the planes were super and the view of the countryside from the hill was impressive. Just to walk around and under these these old planes taking lots of detail shots made for a thoroughly worthwhile trip.
