Don't think there was time to get across to the other side of the cul-de-sac for a better angle before this mustard-coloured 707 pushed. Delivered new to Lufthansa in 11.65; sold as VR-HTC in 10.85, later becoming VH-HTC, LZ-PVA and finally HC-BTB with AECA. Stored at Latacunga from 2000 and scrapped

A rare shot of the former Aer Lingus 707 EI-ANV which was sold to United African of Libya in 6.81. Seen after preparation by ATEL for Air Rwanda, the lease was not taken up. After use by Jamahiriya AT, ended up spending most of the 1990s in store at Cairo in increasing derelict and sandy condition. Scrapped by the turn of the century

This was one of the last civilian 707 airframes to be built and was delivered to Saudia as HZ-ACK in 6.77, being recruited by the government as HZ-HM3 two years later. Later repainted in the current Saudia colours and converted to tanker demonstrator in 2005 by Omega (N707MQ). Headed the historic line up of the Boeing Commercial Family, 707 through 777, for the 787 launch at Paine Field on 07th July 07
