Delivered to BWIA as VP-TBM in 1955. To Kuwait Airways as G-APPX in 1958 then to Bahamas Airways as VP-BBV in 1961. To British Midland as G-APPX in 1969 then to Air International in 1971. Withdrawn from use at East Midlands in 1972. Tail swapped with F-BMCG c/n 52. Scrapped in 1977.
