The Zlin Z-381 in Czechoslovak Air Force service was designated as the C-106 and used as a pilot trainer. This example is on display at the Letecké Muzeum Kbely in the markings it wore at the Aviation School Prostějov in the early 1950s. It then flew with the Praha Točná Aeroklub as OK-DJR and was eventually sold to a private individual before becoming part of the National Technical Museum. It was handed over to the Letecké Muzeum Kbely in 1968 andcompletely renovated before going on display.

This Fitter-A served with the 28. stíhací bombardovací letecký pluk (28th Fighter Bomber Air Regiment) and then the 20. stíhací bombardovací letecký pluk (20th Fighter Bomber Air Regiment) before it was decomissioned in January 1990 and transferred to the Letecké Muzeum Kbely for display. The far end of the museum has been closed/fenced off and it appears that all the planes in this area have been prepped for refurbishment.

This Sokol was made in 1947 and operated by Clothing Trenčín as a courier machine until 1951. It was transferred to the Voluntary Association of People's Aviation-DOSLET and based at Trnava Aeroclub. After reaching the end of its flying life, it was suspended from the ceiling at the Secondary Industrial School of Mechanical Engineering in Trnava. Eventually, however, it ended up in the garden of a kindergarten and fell into disrepair. It was transported to Kbely in 1969 for restoration and is now on display at the Letecké Muzeum Kbely in its original Clothing Trenčín markings.

The J 35J was produced during the late 1980s and was essentially a service life extension programme to cover for impending delays in the delivery of the new Saab JAS 39 Gripen. The J only entered service with 10. Flygflotilj at Angelholm air base and this example was flown to the Letecké Muzeum Kbely in February 1999.

This Il-2 served with the 3rd Czechoslovak Combat Air Regiment when on April 20, 1945 it was hit by AA fire and crash landed with a full bomb load in no-mans-land. The plane was eventually retrieved and repaired, going on to serve after WWII ended with the Czechoslovak AF (30th Air Regiment) until 1948. It was then transferred to the National Technical Museum but was allowed to fall into a state of disrepair. The plane was rediscovered in a hangar at Kbely in 1967 and underwent extensive restoration so that it is now a fitting addition to the WWII Hangar at the Letecké Muzeum Kbely.

This was manufactured by Morris Motors, probably in 1944, but almost nothing is known about its RAF service. In March 1946, the aircraft was sold to the Dutch Govt. and registered as PH-UAM and later served as a flight test facility for various air operators. In 1971, it was registered in Germany as D-EBIG with the Aero-Club Gelnhausen as a glider tug. In 1988, in joined the Letecké Muzeum Kbely had to undergo an extensive renovation. The plane is now on display as R5148, which was used by the 3rd EFTS in 1943 to train Czechoslovak pilots at Shellingford.

this Flogger-G was comissioned in May 1979 and went on to serve with the 1. and 11. stíhací letecký pluk (1st and 11th Fighter Air Regiment). The plane made its last flight on October 5, 1994 and after landing at Kbely was transferred to the museum. It is a real pity that it is so cramped in the hangar.
