In 1926, Š.2.16 crashed at Nitra and underwent a difficult repair when it should have been decommissioned. During the Nazi occupation, production was entrusted to the Aero factory and continued even after the end of WWII under the designation C-4. The installation of the Czechoslovak Walter Minor 4-III engine created a version known later as the C-104. By 1949, 260 of these machines had been produced in Czechoslovakia with this example on display at the Letecké Muzeum Kbely.

The Bücker Bü 131 Jungmann was produced under license in Spain, Switzerland, Hungary and Japan, as well as by the Czechoslovak company Tatra. It had an eventful life with the airline as its tail was damaged in a landing accident with a Tu-134 and it was also hijacked to FRA. The last E.114 variant was the -M, fitted with a more powerful engine that changed the nose profile and increased its length, the wing carried noticeable dihedral and it was fitted with a tailwheel rather than a skid. This example was restored in 1965 and came to the Letecké Muzeum Kbely in 1993.
