Delivered to Lufthansa as D-ABON in January 1962, to Pan Am as N786PA in December 1965 and Avianca as HK-749 in November 1972. Leased to SAM in September 1977, wfu and stored from May 1982. Moved off airport and preserved from November 1987 as a cafe at the Parque de los Niños in downtown Bogotá, returned to full Avianca colours.
