Designed by Swen Swanson. Power is a Warner Scarab engine. Design evolved into the Swanson-Fahlin SF-1 of 1934. Not clear how many W-15s were built but there was a c/n 1 (NC10546) and this aircraft, c/n 3. NC751Y's registration cancelled in 1946.
