Arriving from Boeing Field (KBFI) is this 2013 built Caravan. After Customs it departed to Tofino (CYAZ). It was photographed at Stavanger, Norway in 2018 which is when it may have acquired the Norwegian Air Shuttle style livery. Also there is a small Norwegian flag on the side (hidden by the strut).
