Delivered new to Eastern 25th June 1968 and transferred to Midway July 1991 but only operated for a few months and it was withdrawn from use Nov 1991. Re-activated for Northwest July 1994 and officially merged into Delta Airlines Oct 2008 but the aircraft was never repainted as such.
