Displayed at a striking angle in Lawson Creek Park. This aircraft flew with VF-191, VF-111, and VT-23 from 1959 until 1965; she entered storage at MASDC on 2 July 1965. She would leave storage a year later, and was indeed flown by the Blue Angels in 1966. SOC by the Navy 30 December 1968, and sometime thereafter placed on display in a park on Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard in New Bern. Deterioration forced her removal in 2009. Restored, she was placed back on display at this new location 29 June 2011. As seen here she's just had a paintwork refresh.
